1. Who We Are

Hadley Williams Group, LLC dba Blackbird IT Solutions ("Blackbird", "we", "us") operates the Microsoft 365 Security Assessment platform at blackbirditsolutions.com/assessment. Our contact address is [email protected].

2. What We Collect

When you purchase an assessment, we collect: your name, email address, company name, and domain name. This is the minimum required to run your assessment and deliver your report.

We do not collect or store Microsoft 365 credentials (Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret). These are held in memory only during the assessment run and discarded immediately after.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process your payment (via Stripe), run your assessment, deliver your report, respond to support requests, and send a single 24-hour follow-up email. We do not use your information for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Your assessment report and associated findings data are retained for 90 days from the date of assessment. After 90 days, report files are automatically deleted from our servers. Your email and company name are retained for billing record purposes for 7 years as required by applicable tax law.

5. Report Security

Assessment reports are stored with a randomised filename and served via a time-limited, signed download link that requires email verification. Reports are never emailed as attachments. Server access is restricted to Cloudflare-proxied HTTPS connections only.

6. Third-Party Services

Stripe processes all payments. We do not receive or store credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
