1. Service Description
Hadley Williams Group, LLC dba Blackbird IT Solutions ("Blackbird", "we", "us") provides automated Microsoft 365 security assessments. Assessments are point-in-time reviews based on read-only access to your tenant via Microsoft Graph API. The assessment identifies potential security gaps and misconfigurations based on Microsoft best practices at the time of the assessment.
2. What This Assessment Is Not
This assessment is not a penetration test, a comprehensive security audit, a compliance assessment, or a guarantee of security. It does not identify all possible security vulnerabilities. It should be used as a guide for remediation planning, not as a definitive security certification.
3. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorised to grant the access requested (Global Administrator or delegated authority). You are responsible for creating and deleting the App Registration used for the assessment. You agree to delete the App Registration promptly upon receiving your report.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once an assessment has been initiated. If an assessment fails due to a technical error on our side, we will re-run the assessment or issue a full refund at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hadley Williams Group, LLC dba Blackbird IT Solutions accepts no liability for security incidents occurring before, during, or after this assessment. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the assessment. This assessment does not constitute a warranty of security.
6. Confidentiality
Your assessment report is confidential. We do not share your findings with third parties. We may use anonymised, aggregated findings data to improve our service.
7. Support SLA
We commit to responding to support requests related to assessment findings within 48 business hours. This SLA applies for 30 days from report delivery.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
